I have been an employee for over 17 years, which I think says it all.  Such a great team of people to work with!  I started out at a very young age and have progressed to become the accounts supervisor running the department.  I have been fortunate that when I had my boys the company where flexible with me so that I could change my working hours to suit me, I felt that I was a valued member of the team.

I have been in stable employment at Connaught Windows for nearly 18 years, mainly full time.

Now that I am eligible for retirement, they have given me the opportunity to work part time which provides a good work/lifestyle balance, doing a job that I enjoy.

I have been with the business for 19 years now and I started out in the factory fabricating Upvc products.  After a time, this developed into me becoming the factory manager running the shopfloor.   As the years progressed, I had the opportunity to move into an office based role as the Office Manager.  I have had great opportunities within the company to expand my knowledge within the industry and to grow as a person, I have always been supported within my career at the company and my private life, they feel like my extended family.
